Injustice: Gods Among Us

Netherrealm Studios is famous for its game Mortal Kombat. What happens when they try to make a game with characters from the DC Universe? Will it be like Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe is not received by the fans? This time they have learned and make use of the DC Universe game back with the title of Injustice: Gods Among Us. This game only has a DC Universe character alone, no longer exists Mortal Kombat characters screw in it.

Injustice: Gods Among Us

Injustice has a story about a parallel world. The story begins with Superman who kills The Joker as Lois Lane and her unborn child died, following which devastated the city of Metropolis. As a result of the offense, Superman finally established a dictatorial regime that aims to eliminate all forms of evil in the world, Batman, who does not like to see Superman become dictator, leading an insurrection to overthrow the iron man.

In another parallel world, a superhero that is fighting for something is sucked into a world where Superman became the dictator. Batman can they help the other one is to drop the Superman?

The beginning of everything, Superman kills The Joker

Injustice: Gods Among Us is a fighting game similar to previous Netherrealm fighting game. Nuance and its control scheme is tasteless "Mortal Kombat", but there are striking differences between the two.

Injustice does not happen in a fight in three rounds as usual, each character has two health bars that run one, and then they will fall like a KO. After that they will stand back, the opponents health bar that still remain as before, so that his opponent had won perfect, yes, still perfect now.

Superman, nice or evil?

Not like Mortal Kombat that has a dedicated button for block, Injustice using conventional block system with the d-pad to steer the rear only. Moreover, the attack is also somewhat different, there is only light / medium / hard attack, and a special button to activate the power of our character.

There is a power bar to turn on the power. Power is different for each character, if Batman calling Batarang, Wonder Woman changed its stance on the fly + + lasso a running sword / shield, The Flash slows down the opponent, and so on.

We can also use the Super Move any character removing it the same way as Mortal Kombat. It took four super bars (full) to be able to activate the Super Move.

If the Mortal Kombat Fatality is no such thing and Stage Fatality, it would be very funny if it is in Injustice, the game contains a DC Universe character. Therefore, Netherrealm Studios replace it with environmental attack.

Each fighting arena provides a variety of objects that we can manipulate to beat your opponent, but the way each character using the different objects. Batman would ride a bike that is in the background to run over opponents, while Superman will lift the motor and use it to attack the opponent.

Moreover, in each arena we can switch positions with ways to beat the opponent out of the right corner of the arena. Nearly all of fighting arena had 2 transitions, for example at the entrance of Wayne Manor page we can beat the opponent to break through the wall, bounce onto the roof and fell to the Great Room in the Wayne Manor. We can also bouncing them back to the front page.

Many DC Universe characters provided in Injustice: Gods Among Us

There are also systems that use super attack bar, so we can issue a special move more powerful by spending one super bar to give more damage. Could also be a tactical battle by using Block Escape, as well as the Clash system, a system that can be activated once per battle if his character had been knocked once?

In Clash, we're going to bet how much we want to use the super bar, pitted with how many opponents using super bar, where each will vote by secret ballot. Both fighters will be fighting an attack on the center of the screen, complete with a cool cutscene.

Injustice: Gods Among Us has lots of modes to play. Story Mode is the main star similar to the Mortal Kombat Story Mode. We will follow the story of Injustice sekuential, with the characters specified.

In contrast to Mortal Kombat, the Story Mode Injustice we not only watch the cutscene alone. There are certain segments where we have to play the mini-games, such as fending off an opponent's attack, archery, or shoot your opponent. Injustice also improves the system of Mortal Kombat Story Mode, where available Chapter Select, a feature that is quite important for those who do not want to play the story again from the beginning.

Arena fight in Injustice: Gods Among Us is very detailed, dynamic and interactive coupled with the look of the animated DC Universe characters are fluid. Not one that is graphically one of the strengths of this game. Although the display is quite good, unfortunately for fans of the DC Universe will probably feel strange and does not fit with the costumes used by the superhero in this game. We will also get to see a variety of locations iconic DC characters, ranging from Wayne Manor, Atlantis up to the Daily Planet and the Hall of Justice.

The song is actually pretty epic battle decorate, dear little covered with battle sound effects sounds of the superhero. The superheros also have voice acting each, which feels a bit cheesy, especially in Story Mode.

Finish Story Mode, there are other modes are waiting to be played. There Battle, a mode with a variety of single-player battle which arguably is the Arcade Mode of Injustice. There are many variations in the Battle Arcade is, as opposed to all of the enemies, the battle in which every 30 seconds of his opponent's health bar is full again, the fight where we poisoning, and many other variations. Tag Ladder unfortunately not available like in Mortal Kombat.

There are also modes S.T.A.R. Labs, a set of unique missions that arguably similar to the Challenge Tower in Mortal Kombat, Single Fight (vs. CPU), and Training. Available for multiplayer and Online Versus Offline Mode Standard Mode is Ranked Match, Player Match, Private Match and King of the Hill.

Injustice: Gods Among Us also provides a variety of unlockables such as additional costumes, concept art, Battle Mode, as well as a feature to customize our Card Player.

There are more than 20 characters are provided by the Netherrealm, most certainly known people such as Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and The Flash, but there are some that may only be known by DC Comics fans just kind of Killer Frost, Raven, Hawk girl, and Cyborg. So how fair was great to see The Joker fight against Superman? Or Batman got beat by Doomsday? The answer is in the story in Story Mode.

Netherrealm also seems to already take into account the possibility of gamers using the game to the competition, so they directly show the data frame in the move list of each character.

Overall, the feel of Mortal Kombat is still really strong in the game Injustice: Gods Among Us. Sometimes we will feel the loss of the block. Difficulty in this game is also likely to ease, at least not up to the normal difficulty; on top of that AI had started to play dirty. Talk about the difficulty, there is one that is absent: the lack of final boss incredible cheap in this fighting game.

Injustice: Gods Among Us is a cool game to play, has a myriad of offline and online modes, Story Mode, and a pretty cool story, though sometimes a bit cheesy especially with Batman's face is sometimes a bit strange.

Mortal Kombat fans will be able to enjoy this game, while the DC Universe fans may need adjustment because of the character first appears somewhat different than usual.
